The Residential Counselor helps individuals maintain their physical and emotional health foster relationships with housemates family and community live safely in the community and develop the skills necessary to increase the individuals independence. Interaction between staff and individuals will reflect an appreciation of each individuals uniqueness.In this rewarding position you will work as part of a team to provide support supervision skills training and community outings for individuals with developmental work to encourage individuals to identify their strengths develop and practice new skills and actualize their hopes and similar to Residential Counselor are: Home Health Aide / HHA Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA and Personal Care Attendant / PCA .Schedule: Sunday 8am-4pm Monday-Thursday 3p-11p (40 hours)Pay Rate:$20.00/hourlyWhy Youll Love RiversideWe make a true difference in peoples lives through rewarding work.
