Work with individuals to identify their strengths develop and practice new skills and actualize their hopes and dreams.In this position you will work as part of a team to provide support supervision skills training for individuals; also you will assist on community outings with individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a great environment to gain hands-on skills in a fast growing and specialized sector of the mental health and human service field.
