We are nestled in Louisville TN right on the Tennessee River spread out over 65 wooded acres.Pay Range: Starting rate $19.09/hour plus $2.00 shift differential Friday-SundaySchedule: 7am-7apm with rotating weekendsPurpose of the Position:Ensure the well-being and safety of patients and provide a positive supportive and structured environment under the direction of the Program DirectorDemonstrate a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.Engage with the patient in activities and interactions designed to encourage the achievement of treatment goalsRespond to the distressed patient in a non-threatening manner and attempt to understand the source of distress by utilizing de-escalation techniques to help manage the patients emotions behavior and participation in treatment and assist with seclusion and restraint when necessaryMonitor behavioral improvements and reinforce these behaviors. Report changes and responses to treatment by communicating with the team.
