Job Details
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an HVAC and plumbing estimator, preferably within the new home construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, installation processes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Familiarity with estimating software and tools (e.g., Buildertrend, ProEst, Quickpen, Manual J, or similar software).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, etc.) and/or other relevant software programs.
