Residential Facilities DirectorPathways to Life Inc. Greenville NC Full-Time Exempt Salary: Depending on ExperienceJob SummaryPathways to Life Inc. is opening a brand-new Group Home and we are seeking an experienced Residential Facilities Director to lead the full start-up licensing and operational launch. This role will build the program from the ground up and oversee all aspects of residential operations staffing compliance and program quality.This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a start-up environment and is committed to creating safe therapeutic and person-centered residential services.Key ResponsibilitiesStart-Up & Program DevelopmentLead the start-up licensing and opening of a new Group Home.Develop operational systems policies workflows and staffing structures.Coordinate with contractors vendors leadership and regulatory agencies.Program OversightManage day-to-day group home operations once open.Conduct regular site visits and ensure facilities remain safe clean and compliant.Maintain compliance with NC licensing health/safety regulations and service definitions.Staff LeadershipRecruit hire and train Group Home Managers and residential staff.Provide supervision coaching and performance evaluations.Ensure all staff training and certifications are completed and maintained.Resident Support & Care CoordinationOversee implementation of PCPs behavior support strategies and crisis plans.Act as a liaison with DSS MCOs clinicians medical providers and guardians.Respond to crisis situations and support staff in behavioral interventions.Compliance & DocumentationPrepare for audits inspections and state regulatory reviews.Ensure accurate documentation of resident records staff files and incident reports.QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Services Social Work Psychology Healthcare Management or related field.35 years of experience in residential or behavioral health settings.2 years of supervisory or management experience.Knowledge of NC group home licensing and regulatory requirements.Valid drivers license; ability to pass background and drug screenings.PreferredExperience launching a new residential or behavioral health program.Masters degree in Human Services or related field.NCI/CPI CPR/FA or Medication Administration certification.Experience overseeing multi-site programs.SkillsStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to handle crisis situations calmly and effectivelyHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working in both start-up and ongoing operational environmentsBenefitsMedical Dental Vision 401K Pathways to Life Inc is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status View all jobs at this companyRequired Experience:Director Key Skills Employee Evaluation,Facilities Maintenance,Maximo,Facilities Management,HVAC,Mechanical Knowledge,CMMS,Maintenance Management,OSHA,Maintenance,Cordova,Supervising Experience Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
