How you’ll contribute Tackle residential service and repair calls, including high-complexity diagnostics.Detect issues early and help customers avoid callbacks and unexpected failures.Offer multiple solution paths and keep homeowners fully informed.Educate customers on quality, value, and maintenance/service agreements.Own your performance metrics and aim to outperform revenue goals. Who you are A hands-on problem solver who enjoys physical, technical work.Comfortable using modern field technology and apps.Integrity-driven—you do the right thing, even when no one’s watching.Personable and trustworthy—someone you’d send to a family member’s home.Physically strong and ready for demanding manual labor. Your background Residential HVAC depth of knowledge.Appropriate state licenses/certifications.Expertise in safety practices and local codes.Valid driver’s license with a safe record.Fluent in English. Compensation, benefits, and tools Pay: at least $25 - $50 an hour based on experience. Physical realities of the job Expect to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and stoop; use hands to finger and handle controls; hear and speak clearly; reach with hands and arms; climb ladders; and work in hot or cold spaces such as crawl areas. You will routinely lift 50+ pounds. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required. You’ll also work outdoors in multiple seasons; conditions vary with the scope of work.
