What We are Looking for:

We're seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands on service experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of residential HVAC systems and service processes, along with strong skills in customer service and sales.

Job Title: Service Technician

Work Hours: Monday through Friday

40+ hours per week

Overtime available

Once a month on-call rotation, dispatched from home

Pay Range: $70,000 - $150,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential

Pay Type: Hourly + Commission & Bonus Potential

What Your Day Looks Like:

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:

Technical Expertise

Perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.

Assess the overall condition of systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine necessary repairs.

Provide written recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency.

Customer Care

Educate customers on their HVAC systems and proper maintenance requirements.

Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Work Standards

Maintain a neat and organized work area, ensuring cleanliness after each job.

Convey a safety conscious attitude both on the job and while driving.

Company Pride

Properly maintain the company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out.

Qualifications / Skills:

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

2 + years of experience in HVAC service minimum. 4+ years preferred.

Universal EPA Certified

Proficient understanding of refrigerant, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation / repair of all residential and light commercial systems

Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings

Ability to consult on customer complaints and make repair and replacement decisions

Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial

Ability to handle system startup and adjustments

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment

Previous experience with Service Titan software is preferred

Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail

Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive mental attitude
