Residential Hvac Service Technician at ProTrade LLC

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a dependable technician looking for long-term work with a company that offers strong benefits and steady work.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Service heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and mini-split systems
• Inspect systems for performance, safety, and code compliance
• Replace motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, compressors, and other components
• Check refrigerant levels and identify leaks
• Complete startup and operational testing on HVAC equipment
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers
• Maintain accurate service records and paperwork
• Ensure company vehicle, tools, and equipment are properly maintained
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Trade school background preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license required (company vehicle provided)
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
