Carolina Heating Service is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Clearly explain issues, repair options, and recommendations to customers
• Provide accurate estimates and complete service documentation
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and replacements
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site
• Follow all safety standards, company policies, and local codes

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
