Lakeside Heating and Air - Residential HVAC Service Technician

Position Overview
We are growing our team and now hiring skilled HVAC professionals to support current and future business needs at Lakeside Heating and Air Conditioning.

Key Responsibilities (may vary by role):

  • Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections

  • Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components (for install roles)

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding system performance and recommendations

  • Maintain accurate service documentation

  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

  • Prior HVAC experience preferred (service, maintenance, and/or installation)

  • EPA Certification (required or ability to obtain)

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
