Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Location: SomersetStatus: Salaried ExemptDivision: HomeReports to: Operations ManagerThe HVAC Install Manager will manage and develop a dynamic and passionate team of Installers that demonstrates technical competency and exceeds customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations every time.Accountabilities:Drives to job sites to monitor production and communicates and assists the install team with unexpected circumstances.Evaluates staff to determine training requirements.Instructs crews on the proper use of materials and quality workmanship.Provides on-the-job training and support to install team.Manage Install team to complete jobs on time and within budget.Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.Prepares and reviews reports with management.Collaborate with the sales team and warehouse team to ensure all installs are set up for success.Attend and lead department meetings.Interfaces with homeowners to identify installation needs and maintain good customer relations.Assists in resolving customer complaints/issues regarding installations.Any other related duties as required.Qualifications:SkillsExcellent organization and time management skills.Highly motivated self-starter whos flexible and has a great attitude on life.High integrity.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to maintain and expand your knowledge and skills.Understanding of good documentation processes.Education and ExperienceEPA Certification.5+ years of HVAC technical experience.3+ years of HVAC Install Management or Supervisor experience.Basic computer skills (ex: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).Physical Requirements:Physical activity not limited to: climbing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting <100 lbs. and speaking. Job may require being outdoors or in hot areas for extended periods.
