Location: Caldwell, ID
Pay: $44-$52 per hour DOE
Sign On Bonus: $3000
Job Description
We are seeking an efficient, productive, and enthusiastic Residential Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team in Caldwell. This position focuses on new build residential production homes, offering consistent work, strong team support, and excellent opportunities for long term growth.

Responsibilities
- Perform high quality electrical installations on new build residential production homes
- Complete rough ins, trim outs, and final installs accurately and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints to maintain productive workflows
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude to daily tasks and team interactions
- Deliver consistent results that meet or exceed company and code standards
Qualifications
- Valid Idaho Journeyman Electrician License
- Experience with new residential construction preferred
- Strong focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Clean driving record
- Self motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $44-$52/hr (DOE)
