Job Title: Residential Maintenance Specialist Location: Prescott Valley AZ Company: Repair Masters Job Type: Full-Time (3040 hours per week Monday- Friday 8 AM - 5 PM) Pay: $19.00 $25.00 per hour About Us: Repair Masters is a trusted maintenance and property management service provider. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Specialist for our Prescott Valley office. This is a hands-on position where you will perform general maintenance repairs and inspections in resident-occupied homes and vacant units. You will also prepare units for new residents ensuring they are move-in ready. You are provided with a company vehicle that will be picked up and dropped off at the office daily. Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs in resident-occupied homes and vacant units Conduct property inspections including move-out move-in and annual inspections Prepare units for new residents (make rent-ready tasks) Maintain a clean and organized work area including tools and equipment Communicate with the team to schedule and prioritize tasks Document all work and maintain accurate records including taking clear high-quality photos for documentation and marketing purposes Ensure all units are 100% move-in ready by the scheduled deadline Follow all safety guidelines at all times Be on call for one week per month.
