We focus on the details of every project and most importantly we focus on our client.Responsibilities: Provide painting estimates for residential projectsDiligent follow ups to ensure appropriate expectations are set for and from the customerEnsure that Lawn Signs are up in our Territory as per the Territory Marketing Plan.Participate in all Company sponsored Home Shows.Take pictures of difficult production situations and/or customer service concerns during the estimate.Participation in Regional or National On-Going Training Conferences/ Meetings.Update lead profiles job profiles and proposals daily.Prepare Weekly Analysis of Results in preparation for Goal Setting and Review with Supervisor.Maintain and update all Point of Sale and Marketing Material.Qualifications: Drivers License with clean driving recordSales experienceHistory of accomplishments and promotionsGreat project and time management skillsWorking knowledge of interior and exterior paints coatings carpentry drywall and other construction (preferred)Great communication presentation and interpersonal skillsGoal oriented organized and energeticRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Category Management,Instrument,Compensation,CRM,Airlines Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
