Respiratory Clinician (RT/RN) – Home Medical Equipment – Manchester, TN
We are seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading national provider of home medical equipment and respiratory services. This field-based role combines hands-on equipment set-up, patient education, and clinical support. You’ll work directly with adult and geriatric patients in their homes, facilities, and office settings to ensure safe and effective use of respiratory equipment.

We are seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading national provider of home medical equipment and respiratory services. This field-based role combines hands-on equipment set-up, patient education, and clinical support. You’ll work directly with adult and geriatric patients in their homes, facilities, and office settings to ensure safe and effective use of respiratory equipment.
Compensation & Incentives
- Base pay starting at $35+ per hour, with flexibility based on experience
- Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually, depending on location
- Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
- Mileage reimbursement for field travel
- Company-provided cell phone
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

- Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in community settings while educating patients and families on safe, effective use of CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator systems. Combine clinical assessment, organization, and compassionate teaching to improve patient outcomes.
- Active, unrestricted Michigan licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT/RCP) or Registered Nurse (RN) required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
