Compensation & Incentives
- Base pay $38/hr - $45/hr per hour, with flexibility based on experience
- Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually, depending on location
- Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
- Mileage reimbursement & Company-provided cell phone

- Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in community settings while educating patients and families on safe, effective use of CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator systems.
- Combine clinical assessment, organization, and compassionate teaching to improve patient outcomes.
- Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse (RN) required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
