Respiratory Therapist at IMN Enterprises

Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a Respiratory Therapist to join our partner's team in the Allentown, Bethlehem or East Stroudsburg area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Summary: Administers all forms of respiratory care, both critical and general therapy, and directs and manages respiratory and pulmonary care for a designated group of patients. Provides respiratory assessment, support, treatment, and diagnostic tests as part of the healthcare team.

Compensation and Schedule:

• New graduates starting at $34.26/hour and increases based on experience + shift differential
• Shift: 7pm-7am (full-time, 36 hours/week)
• SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $30,000 ($20,000 for new graduates) with a 2-year commitment

Must Haves:

• Associate’s degree Graduate from an RRT program accredited by the commission of accreditation for Respiratory Care
• RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist NBRC - State of Pennsylvania within 1 Year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 60 Days
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 30 Days
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 60 Days
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program - State of Pennsylvania within 60 Days
• RCP - Respiratory Care Practitioner - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
