Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Location: Cincinnati OH Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights Pay Rate: $48 $53 per hourJob SummaryNavitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care across inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves delivering critical and non-critical care to patients of all ages utilizing both invasive and noninvasive cardiopulmonary techniques. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment professionalism and adherence to all regulatory and hospital practice standards.ResponsibilitiesAssess patients perform therapeutic interventions and monitor responses to treatment.Deliver respiratory care services in accordance with hospital policies and licensure requirements.Perform invasive and noninvasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.Accurately document patient care activities in the medical record and maintain departmental records.Educate patients on disease management home care techniques and safety practices.Precept and support students and new staff members.Collaborate with physicians regarding cardiopulmonary assessments and treatment plans.Participate in departmental meetings trainings and competency validations.May serve as charge or team lead and carry out additional assigned duties.Required Skills & ExperienceRegistered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).Strong knowledge of critical care and cardiopulmonary disease states.Preferred Skills & Experience13 years of clinical experience.Active membership in the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) is a plus.EducationRequired:Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with RRT credential.Certifications & LicensureRequired:Current state license to practice Respiratory Care.BLS (AHA).ACLS (AHA).Preferred:NRP certification for NICU settings.For more details contact at About Navitas Healthcare LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
