This role requires a balance of financial acumen, leadership, and hands-on oversight. The Area Director will partner with General Managers and Chefs to drive sales, control costs, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. They will also serve as the key liaison between the restaurants and the corporate office, ensuring effective communication and alignment on company initiatives.
