Restaurant Floor Supervisor at Hellas Bakery & Pita

Position Summary:As a Floor Supervisor you will oversee daily FOH operations across both the restaurant and bakery ensuring exceptional guest experiences and team performance. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on guest service such as leading opening midday and closing procedures setting the tone for the day and transitioning into a host role during peak hours. Youll serve as the face of hospitality supporting seating flow guest communication and coordination with management while maintaining the high standards and energy that define the Hellas experience.About Us:Hellas Bakery & Pita is a family-owned and operated landmark located in the heart of Tarpon Springs Florida.
