Join our friendly kitchen crew where quality, speed, and customer satisfaction come first!What You’ll DoCould you set up your cooking station with all necessary ingredients and equipment (think wings, sauces, fryers, and grillers)?Prep and portion menu items such as wings, chicken tenders, fries, and other bar classics.Prepare and cook dishes to order using fryers, grills, and ovens according to recipes and company standards.Plate and garnish dishes for great presentation before serving to guests.Monitor food quality and consistency for every item during busy shifts.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, following health codes and sanitation procedures.Please store all food items properly and let management know about low stock or supply needs.Work as a team with other kitchen staff and front-of-house to ensure fast, accurate orders.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a cook, kitchen assistant, or similar fast-paced expertise (especially with wings or fried foods)Skilled in using fryers, grills, and standard bar/restaurant equipmentStrong multi-tasking skills and the ability to move quickly during rushesOutstanding attention to food safety and cleanlinessAbility to stand, walk, and lift to 30 lbs during shiftsBasic knowledge of food preparation and portion controlGreat communication, teamwork, and a positive attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPerks & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience) + pooled tips where applicableFlexible, part-time scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays)Friendly team, supportive management, and a fun workplaceOpportunities to grow your skills in a popular local spot
