This position serves as the first point of contact for guests dining with us and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable breakfast experience.The Server is responsible for delivering outstanding service in a pleasant, efficient, and professional manner. Duties include taking orders, serving food and beverages, making knowledgeable upsell recommendations, handling payments, and ensuring a clean, organized, and sanitized dining environment. This role requires a courteous, helpful attitude and the ability to provide exceptional service in all guest interactions.As hospitality operates seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, consistent and reliable attendance is essential for success in this position.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience accepted1-2 years of food service experience preferredPrevious training in liquor, wine, and food service preferredAlcohol awareness certification preferredCustomer service or guest relations experience strongly preferredREQUIREMENTSMinimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beveragesStrong English communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to carry a large oval tray with six covered dishes (approx. 20 lbs)Ability to lift/transport at least 50 lbsAbility to push/pull carts and equipment up to 150 lbsPhysical stamina to perform constant movement throughout work areasAbility to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and managementMust be able to work in F&B outlets and throughout all areas of the hotelComfortable working in variable temperatures, noise levels, indoor and outdoor environmentsMust be able to stand and maintain mobility for up to 8 hoursMust be available to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, weekends, and holidaysBENEFITSCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insuranceShort-term and Long-term disabilityPaid time off and holiday payEmployee referral bonuses401(k) retirement plan
