As a RPM you will manage the renovation as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. Our current RPMs yearly pay range from $50000 to $100000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.Team Qualifications (Requirements):Ability to lead and develop teamCareer emphasis on learning and continuing educationSound planning and organizational skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experienceConstruction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process.
