Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How youll contributeProvides restorative nursing interventions under the supervision of a licensed nurse to support patients discharged from formal rehabilitation therapy those not eligible for formal therapy or those requiring supplemental interventions during custodial care. The goal is to promote independent safe functioning and enhance physical mental and psychosocial well-being.
