Restorative Practices (RP) Coordinator at Greenfield Public Schools

Location: Federal Street Elementary School Greenfield Public SchoolsReports to: Principal and Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and LearningFTE: 0.3-.4FTE (based on budget tier)Position Type: Grant-funded for Pilot Year RenewablePosition SummaryThe RP Coordinator will lead model and support the implementation of restorative practices across Federal Street Elementary as part of a one-year learning pilot. This role centers relationship-building repair and inclusive practice to foster a culture of belonging and shared accountability. The RP Coordinator will also begin to train other staff in the district and plan implementation at other GPS locations to begin in the 2026-27 school year. Key Responsibilities:Schoolwide LeadershipServe as the site-based lead for RP implementation aligned with the pilots timeline and -lead the Core RP Team with the principal and ensure cross-role representation (staff caregivers students).Model Tier I restorative strategies (e.g. community-building circles affective statements).Staff Support & Capacity-BuildingFacilitate or co-facilitate PD on RP foundations circle practice emotional regulation and restorative coaching and co-planning to teachers aides and support staff to integrate RP into daily regular staff learning circles and debrief sessions focused on relational practices and & Family EngagementCoordinate student Circle Keepers training where appropriate including coaching and with caregivers and families to host RP listening sessions and community education inclusive multilingual RP communications and welcome Documentation & ReflectionTrack and analyze circle participation referral data and survey results using the RP Data Analysis stories of impact and challenges from students families and -author the Year-End Reflection Report and contribute to the RP Toolkit.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Corporate Risk Management,Electronics,Infection Control,Bakery,ELV,Accident Investigation Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
