Job Overview: The Marvin Home Center (MHC), located in Warroad,MN, is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager with outstanding customerservice experience, demonstrated leadership ability, and excellentbusiness management capabilities. This role is responsible to leada team of sales and stock associates in providing an excellentshopping experience for all customers.Highlights of your role: Provide excellent leadership and performancemanagement to ensure sales and stock associates performsuccessfully.Coach,motivate and train sales and stock associateson such items as product knowledge, salesmanship and customerservice.May be responsible for store opening and closingprocedures.You are accountable for accurate inventory andpricing.Assist customers with product sales andservice.Work with Retail Manager on product selection,merchandising and efficient buying, while establishing properinventory levels for seasonal and stapleproducts.Address customer service issues, supplier issuesand negotiations.
