Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.Communicate Guest requests to management.Any other duties as assigned by management. Physical Requirements & Work Environment: Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.Prolonged periods of standing, with climbing stairs multiple times a day. Must be able to lift 40 pounds at times. Ability to communicate in English to our associates and guests. Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation. Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.Ability to work in an unheated building. Willing to live in a remote, rural community Comfortable traveling by small plane or ferry to and from a remote settingAble to walk and/or drive on gravel roads in inclement weatherIn Season, the hours can be extended. Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
