Our Project Managers are responsible for managing multiple construction projects, reporting to the VP of Construction. Responsibilities: Oversee project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance Lead communication and coordination among clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal staff Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and resolve onsite issues proactively Manage change orders, project documentation, and subcontractor performance Ensure timely delivery of projects that meet client expectations and contractual requirements Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Experience with fast-track restaurant, athletic club, corporate, or retail sectors (Preferred) Travel is required, around 40% depending on projects This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager to grow into a Director role within a company that values integrity, collaboration, and delivering outstanding results in commercial construction!
