Youll coach inspire and grow your team while driving branch profitability and customer growth.Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience.ResponsibilitiesBuild strong customer relationships and promote banking products to meet financial needsTrain your team on topics such as bank products services and procedures.Manage all cash operations (vault ATM teller variations).Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues.Coach and develop employees provide feedback and conduct performance reviews.Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in both appearance and communication.Ensure branch security compliance and audit readiness.Make decisions on policy exceptions while managing risk for the bank.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.2 years of supervisory experience in a bank setting.
