This role isn't just about selling merchandise-it's about creating connections. Guests come to Rock City to explore, discover, and take home a piece of their adventure, and you'll be there to guide them, making their visit special from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Be the face of Rock City retail, greeting guests with warmth and helping them find the perfect items.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process purchases, returns, and gift card transactions with accuracy.
• Keep the store fresh and inviting, stocking shelves, arranging eye-catching displays, and keeping merchandise organized.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment, handling light housekeeping duties to ensure every guest has a great experience.
• Stay knowledgeable about Rock City products, sharing information to help guests make informed choices.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving shipments, restocking items, and participating in periodic inventory counts.
• Follow all company policies, including cash handling procedures, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures.
• Work collaboratively with your team, helping achieve sales goals and ensuring a smooth daily operation.
• Go the extra mile for guests, whether by offering a friendly recommendation, answering questions, or simply making their day better.

• You're comfortable with physical tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 15 pounds, and occasional kneeling or crouching.
