We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive showroom excellence at our Brandon location. A highvisibility role for a leader ready to elevate a challenging showroom, build momentum, and grow a winning sales team.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a retail sales team
  • Strengthen customer experience and showroom presentation
  • Drive revenue through coaching, merchandising, and KPI execution
  • Build local business relationships and commercial sales opportunities
  • Maintain smooth, compliant daily operations


Compensation & Schedule:

  • Guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months
  • Then transition to: Base + Commission + Overrides + Bonuses
  • Predictable retail hours, no overnights, and minimal admin work

  • Strong sales coach with consistent KPI results
  • Weekend availability and occasional events in Largo, FL
  • Handson, driven, and ready to build a strong team
