What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a retail sales team
- Strengthen customer experience and showroom presentation
- Drive revenue through coaching, merchandising, and KPI execution
- Build local business relationships and commercial sales opportunities
- Maintain smooth, compliant daily operations
Compensation & Schedule:
- Guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months
- Then transition to: Base + Commission + Overrides + Bonuses
- Predictable retail hours, no overnights, and minimal admin work
