This position is classified as hourly.The position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety legality and/or quality.Requires constant interaction with the work group and other departments at the primary work location.Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Inventories incoming product Inventories stock to meet consumer demand Maintains proper rotation and product freshness Directs stocking of shelves to set standards Maintains positive relationships with retail customers Operates cash register and accurately maintains and records sales receipts Maintains accurate records of inventories etc. Serves as Lead person. Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO Harassment Safety Sarbanes Oxley etc.) Performance of other duties that are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules adherence to attendance policies and other applicable operating rules policies and procedures.Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications One or more years of retail and/or customer service experience.Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements No educational prerequisite; however one must have demonstrated the ability to read write perform basic math skills and record information applicable to the job.
