What You'll Do as a Retail Sales Representative Provide friendly, professional face-to-face customer service within retail settings. Educate customers about Frontier's internet and communication services, and explain the available options clearly. Help customers evaluate service packages and choose solutions that fit their needs. Guide customers through the full service enrollment process, including completing digital forms and confirming service details. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments within the CRM system. Track key performance metrics and collaborate with the Retail Sales Representative team to improve customer engagement and conversion results. Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and a positive retail experience for customers. What We're Looking For in a Retail Sales Representative Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain products in a clear, simple way. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment. Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail. Reliable transportation to the local office and retail locations. Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
