Role Description

This is a full-time or part time, on-site position for a Retail Staff Pharmacist located in Evansville, WI. The Retail Staff Pharmacist will oversee the dispensing of medications, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, counsel patients on prescriptions and health conditions, and manage inventory. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare providers, offering advice on general wellness, supervising pharmacy staff, and maintaining excellent customer service to foster a positive and supportive pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacology, medication interactions, and pharmacy practice standards
• Skills in patient counseling, medication therapy management, and providing health-related guidance
• Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and inventory management
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Current, active Pharmacist license in Wisconsin
• Ability to work collaboratively on a team and maintain a patient-centered approach
• Previous experience in retail pharmacy is preferred
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent education and licensure
