We are seeking a dedicated board-certified Retina Specialist (MD or DO) to join an exceptional ophthalmology team in the beautiful Tampa FL area. With a strong emphasis on excellence the team is dedicated to providing personalized high-quality services while encouraging continuous learning and community engagement. Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive eye exams to evaluate retinal health and diagnose various retinal conditions.Manage and treat a range of retinal disorders including diabetic retinopathy retinal detachment and age-related macular degeneration using medical therapies.Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of ophthalmologists optometrists and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.Participate in case discussions and provide insights on non-surgical management strategies for complex retinal issues. Patient Care: Expect to see 30-40 or more patients per day depending on practice and support staff availability.Benefit from a strong support team including scribes and technicians to enhance patient flow.
