Retirement Plans Service Associate at Financial Integrators

Financial Integrators a dynamic holistic wealth management firm is seeking a Retirement Plans Service Associate to join our Qualified Retirement Plans team. This entry-level role collaborates with financial advisors plan sponsors recordkeepers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to provide our clients with the best possible service. The ideal candidate will have good financial and analytical skills is a self-starter with critical-thinking abilities. The position will be non-exempt.Specific job duties include but are not limited to:Preparing qualified retirement plan review meeting agendasPreparation and processing of retirement plan paperwork including group retirement plan forms recordkeeper forms TPA forms and investment reportsCreation of retirement plan proposalsCoordination of investment reports with the qualified retirement plan investment committeeDirection and handling of participant inquiriesAssisting plan sponsors and recordkeepers with questions and processesCoordinating with TPA regarding compliance functionsFollowing up on post-client meeting tasks ensuring completion of plan-specific task workFacilitating discussions between advisors and retirement plan service providersRequirementsQualificationsBachelors or other college degree certification or equivalent0-2 years in the financial industry; experience with retirement plan administration preferredGood financial and analytical skillsAbility to gather and analyze client dataAbility to identify meet and follow through with team tasks and client needsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently & accuratelySelf-starter problem solver goal oriented and a team playerExcellent customer service communication and relationship building skills requiredPhysical RequirementsStanding or sitting for extended periods of time in an office environmentWorking on a computer for extended periods of timeLifting up to 15 poundsRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Restaurant Experience,Time Management,Food Service,Data Entry,Customer Service,Direct Support,Computer Skills,Serving Experience,Medical office experience,Dietary Department Experience,Medical Terminology,Phone Etiquette Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
