This person helps with training employees developing and implementing business strategies and performs a variety of other tasks to ensure the business is thriving. This person plays a role in supporting data integrity compliance with procedures and accurate financial operations while overseeing the teams day-to-day operations in coordination with revenue department leadership. This person will be responsible for regularly reporting on the teams progress in meetings or through regular email contact or reports.Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and guide a team within the Revenue DepartmentTraining coaching and guiding employees; providing helpful and timely feedbackEnsure team members follow company and department policies and proceduresMonitor teams work to ensure targets are on track and can be met within the set timelinesResponsible for ensuring team continually meets or exceeds service level agreements (SLAs) and month end close timelinesCleary state expectations and objects with team members; ensure all understand the mission and expected targets to be metEncourage and develop collaborative thinking and self-sufficient workflow processesContribute to the development and documentation of policies and proceduresSupport in resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employeesOther duties to the overall success of the department and businessQualifications Bachelors degree in Management or related field or in lieu of experience3 years direct supervision experienceIntermediate proficiency with ExcelExcellent communication interpersonal leadership and conflict resolution skillsAbility to analyze processes and information provide effective solutionsDetail oriented and organized with time and project management skillsGeneral accounting knowledge SOX compliance experience preferredEqual Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity at all levels of the organization.
