Job Description

Job Title: Manager - Early OutLocation: RemoteReports To: Operations DirectorShift: M-F 8am-5pm ESTPosition Overview: The Early Out Manager is responsible for leading and supervising a team of Early-Out Representatives, both remote and onsite. This role ensures operational efficiency, employee performance, and quality assurance across the department. The Manager will maintain accurate employee records, monitor productivity, and collaborate closely with internal and client-facing teams to meet performance expectations.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily oversight and direction for departmental operationsManage account inventory and deliver daily/weekly reports to the Operations DirectorMonitor and support staff training initiativesStep in to cover responsibilities during staff absences or periods of high call volumeCoordinate overtime schedules as needed to meet workload demandsDocument and report disciplinary issues to the Operations Director and Human ResourcesConduct quality assurance activities including account audits, productivity reviews, and performance evaluationsCollaborate with the Client Services Manager to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and inventory flows efficiently through the revenue cycleUphold company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Code of ConductActively participate in the Corporate Compliance ProgramSupport additional projects and initiatives as assigned by leadershipRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceProven experience with Epic SystemsStrong understanding of patient accounting processesBackground in Early-Out and Healthcare CollectionsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of staff and clientsProfessional demeanor with a commitment to courteous and respectful conductProficiency in personal computer use and related softwareDemonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, and creativity in task executionAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesWillingness to travel as neededBenefits including but not limited to: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
