That’s why we offer two competitive compensation models:Academic Track: For those passionate about teaching, research, and academic leadership. Base salary starting at $440,000 plus bonuses, with opportunities for scholarly mentorship and advancement.Clinical Track: For those focused on high-quality patient care.
