As a Revenue Operations Analyst you will work with a team of other specialists to guide and grow the sales organization leveraging a combination of technology and top tier sales training techniques. This individual should be experienced in CRM software Project Management tools and Excel formatting.Responsibilities:Perform regular data integrity checks on the CRMWork with CRM users to resolve issues answer questions and gather feedback Conduct training on tools in the CRMOptimize and refine CRM structure based on business needsBuild and test workflow automation and integrationsTravel to Accelerator conferences to provide on-site support related to CRM and processPerform data imports and exports when necessaryOversee reporting configurationsCollaborate with other Acrisure teams on various technical projectsRequirements:Highly skilled in critical thinkingTravel to and support corporate events at least once a monthCRM or similar system experience requiredAnalytical & data-driven mindsetSkilled in leadership & team managementEducation/Experience:2 years experience in a relevant roleBachelors degreeExperience in project managementCustomer Service experience a plusPay Details:The base compensation range for this position is $70000 - $100000. This range reflects Acrisures good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
