We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Barback Team Member will assist with all aspects of event, bar and/or food & beverage operations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Serves as the bar back for single/multiple bar stations during events Assists guests with questions about the event/facilityCoordinates and executes tasks based on the Event Operations Worksheet (EOW) for each event Assists with all aspects of event setup and tear-down Helps provide timely client and guest feedback to the Event Coordinator Oversees and assists in post-event cleaning as neededComplete any other special projects and daily assignments as directed by the managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving and negotiating skillsMust be a team playerMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidaysMust be age 19 or older WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 30 poundsMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoorsFacility has intermittent noiseJob Posted by ApplicantPro
