For us purpose and people have always come before profit.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following):Processing SupportCompletes order outs to third party vendorsTitle/CPL/tax cert/wire instructions/preliminary HUDFlood certCondo questionnaire and supporting documentationFHA case number/CAIVRSOrders payoff (refinance only)Orders any and all necessary verifications (written VOE VOD VOR) for borrowersSends condo questionnaire to homeowners association and obtain condo docs as necessary (if property is a condo or attached PUD)Completes LDP/GSA checks only on loans that do not require FraudguardRequests hazard insurance with correct mortgagee clause (binder & paid receipt if purchase)Communicates with title company appraiser and other vendors as required to obtains documentation needed to clear conditionsREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS(To perform the job successfully the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.)Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices.Extensive knowledge and understanding of HECM loan program.Solid knowledge and understanding of mortgage lending processes procedures and regulations.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDemonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data.Demonstrated experience researching information problem solving and making solid business decisions.Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment.Demonstrated experience with MS Office products.Hybrid role in Marshfield WIPREFERRED EDUCATIONHigh School or GEDPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis position is primarily an in-office position. Normal office environment.The expected salary range for this position is between:$44500.00 - $59500.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
