Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast affordable broadband to a wide range of customers including consumers businesses government agencies and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.The Amazon Leo team is seeking an experienced multitasking and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the Director of Technical Program Management. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail the ability to meet tight deadlines great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside the company is important as is emotional intelligence kindness and a good sense of humor. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and take effective action with strong ambiguity and show grace under pressure.Key job responsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include the ability to contribute to a global administrative support team to think and plan ahead delegate responsibilities appropriately and manage time effectively. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
