Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Rheumatologist with an active New York (NY) license to join our team. This role is designed to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients in an outpatient setting through a hybrid model that includes both in-person and telehealth visits.Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial consultations and follow-up appointments with patients Provide high-quality, patient-centered care.Maintain accurate and timely patient records.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Schedule:Two days in the clinic (in person) and 1 day for telehealth, with potential for increased hours.Clinic hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.Requirements:Active NY medical license.Specialization in Rheumatology.Willing to travel to the clinic 2 days per week.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.If you are a compassionate provider with a commitment to patient care and meet the requirements above, we would love to hear from you.
