- Certifications Needed: Active and unrestricted medical license in Wisconsin, DEA
- Patient Population/Case Load: Adult population with a wide range of rheumatologic conditions
- Case Mix: General Rheumatology including autoimmune diseases, arthritis, lupus, and more
- Trauma Level: N/A Outpatient Specialty Practice
Licensing & Privileging:
- Willing to License: No Active Wisconsin license required
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: Based on facility processing typically 60-90 days
Job Description:
