Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe, friendly and clean, work environment
• Perform all ride Team Member duties
• Ensure ride Team Members are performing duties correctly and adhering to all Six Flags policies and standards
• Professional guest and employee interaction to assist with problems and to inform of and enforce park policies
• Coordinate and organize work assignments, breaks, and rotations
• Complete reports, such as time slips, maintenance reports, training records, and others as necessary
• Perform daily safety inspections
• Train ride Team Members on operating procedures
• Maintain a regular, prompt attendance
• Maintain Six Flags guest first standards
• Perform other duties deemed necessary by the Supervisor and Full-Time Management
Qualifications:
• Minimum Age: 16
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Previous ride operation experience
Typical senior pay: $35k for Amusement and Recreation Attendants nationally
