Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Journeyperson Plumber will ensure that all plumbing work is performed safely and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our clients. Looking for someone with at least 4 years experience. Duties Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems. Perform pipe threading, assembly, and installation of fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks. Collaborate with HVAC professionals when necessary to ensure integrated system functionality. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used on each job. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs and solutions. Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes during all work activities. Qualifications Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role in the field service industry. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools related to plumbing tasks. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions. Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials to job sites. A valid plumber's license or certification is preferred but not required.
