For more information, visit itac.us.com.ResponsibilitiesSafely rig and lift heavy equipment using a variety of techniques and toolsAssemble, install, and align machinery, ensuring that all components are secured and in proper working orderPerform preventive maintenance on equipment, inspecting for any signs of wear or damage and making necessary repairsCollaborate with project managers and other team members to plan and execute project timelinesInterpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the best approach for rigging and millwright tasksOperate forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipment as neededComply with all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and othersRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience in rigging and millwright workStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsProficiency in operating forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipmentExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to rigging and millwright workStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team membersBe able to pass Background and Drug Test
