Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRigger Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift OpeningsJob Summary: Venture Dynamics is seeking skilled Riggers to support ship repair operations. Candidates should have experience in heavy lifting, material handling, and working safely around cranes and suspended loads within a shipyard environment.Responsibilities:Set up, inspect, and operate rigging equipment such as chain falls, slings, chokers, and shackles.Signal crane operators using hand signals or radios to ensure safe and efficient load movement.Secure loads properly and ensure balance before lifting or moving.Assist with the installation and removal of ship components and structural assemblies.Conduct daily safety checks and maintain rigging equipment in good condition.Work collaboratively with other trades to support ship repair projects.Requirements:Prior shipyard or ship repair rigging experience required.Must hold valid Rigger, Rigger 1, and Crane Signalman Certifications.Must be able to obtain a DBIDS Badge (Defense Biometric Identification System).Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift as needed.Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.Resume is a most
