We are always seeking passionate individuals with a strong work ethic to support the best team in the business.Job SummaryAs our Rigging Apprentice, you’ll assist experienced professionals with installing, maintaining, and repairing both standing and running rigging systems. This role involves learning to splice ropes, set up control systems, and ensure the vessel is safe and seaworthy. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience with specialized tools and learn various rigging techniques through on-the-job training. Install and troubleshoot standing and running rigging.Development: Learn to use specialized tools and equipment, including those for working at height on masts. Learn to inspect and diagnose issues with the rigging, sails, and other marine systems.Other Tasks: Assist with splicing ropes, fabricating custom components, and maintaining hardware.
